Thečhíȟila Collective
The Thečhíȟila Collective is an Indigenous-led collective that supports communities in need through mutual aid. As we work to support our relatives needs, we are also dedicated to LandBack, decolonization, abolition, and collective liberation as antidotes to the societal violence that forces our relatives into needing support.
We currently have a CashApp donation link (look for the button in the menu) to collect funds that we use to distribute resources such as medical supplies, building supplies, shelter, almost anything to ensure our communities are cared for in the ways they need, prioritizing Indigenous Elders and youth.
We are focused on creating indigenous community-based and community-led solutions that strengthen the cornerstones for a decent quality of life: spiritual connection, education, financial stability, health, and community involvement.
We all have a stake in what befalls our indigenous communities. We all benefit when a child succeeds in school, when someone finds a job that will help them provide for their family, or when more people are able to access indigenous lead community support.
The solutions we create supports indigenous communities across turtle island, we go beyond short-term charity. When the Thečhíȟila Collective supports individuals, it is not just the individuals, or even just the families of those who benefit. Those individuals now have a much better chance of long term housing opportunities, landing a job that pays a livable wage, of staying out of trouble with the law, recovering from addictions and living longer, healthier lives — and that translates into a safer, healthier, and more prosperous communities for everyone.
We rise or fall together. With your support, we are reaching for great new heights. When a community is healthy and joyful, it can heal people just by being in its field of spirituality. The world is full of messages that can make us believe we are not good enough and filled with temptations designed to distance us from our original design. The Thečhíȟila Collective supports healing and spirituality understanding that helps clarify who we are meant to be and helps with the journey back to our genuine self of contentment and community.
The Thečhíȟila Collective is based on the indigenous spiritual values and virtues. We integrate the wisdom of the elders and the healing energy of ceremony to assist in recovery and give assistance to spiritually disconnected people that are suffering and at the crossroads of their life.
The Thečhíȟila Collective focuses on programs that support health, wellness and ceremonies that spiritually connects us with Mother Earth and our ancestors.
